Once you try out a new activity, reward yourself for participating in it by treating yourself to a special snack or purchasing yourself a new piece of clothing or accessory that you have had your eyes on for a while. As you get used to trying new things, you may find a couple that you really enjoy and may find that your life is, once again, full of meaning and purpose.
